Measures:

  • 30ml ROHO

  • 20ml Aperol

  • 20ml Lime juice

  • 10ml Amaro Montenegro

  • (2tsp brine)

Beware of this refreshing and zesty spin on a classic cocktail; it’s very moorish and totally crushable.

The nuttiness of the Amaro Montenegro complements the fizzy, almost sherbet, consistency of Aperol and lime, which is superbly balanced with a reasonable dose of ROHO. Ideal for a warm afternoon, cool evening, with dinner, after dinner (pretty much any situation).
